Experience & Background:
After thirty plus years in accounting, Bill and Betty moved full time to their vacation home they purchased in 1987 in Saluda, NC. Bill participated in organizing a new bank and later, with two partners, organized a new real estate business in Saluda while Betty assisted in organizing a new private school in Columbus. Bill acquired his real estate license in November 2000 and continued his education at Blue Ridge Community College to obtain his brokers license. He moved his license to RE/MAX Advantage Realty in 2002. He became a member of the Tryon/Polk Board in 2004 as president elect and served as it president for 2005. Licensed in North and South Carolina.
Strengths & Motivations:
Bill and Betty are not NC natives, but, "got here just as soon as they could". Bill, although, "retired?", enjoys challenges and meeting and serving his clients.
