Experience & Background:
Richard had his own architectural and space planning firm in Boston, MA for 20 years consulting to Corporate Headquarters and Universities. After relocating to Cape Cod in the 90’s Richard selected the site and designed a branch in Chatham, MA for a high-end Cape Cod Real Estate firm and became their lead Broker and top producer. Recently Richard was involved in residential real estate development in Asheville and Florida before discovering the unique charm and advantages of Polk County and permanently settling in Tryon, NC.
